About
Drumming is my profession.
I have played drums professionally since 2006: touring drummer, studio session player, teacher. Over the years I went to study with the best in the world, and not to collect certificates. I wanted to know whether there were secrets. Whether the number ones really had something unreachable, something I could only understand by being there, in front of them.
Today I play over 100 shows a year, and every year I go back to study with people who are further along than me. You never arrive on this road, and that is the best thing about the job.

Biography
How I got here.
“I am two years old. My mother switches on the television. Zucchero is playing at the Kremlin on Canale 5. Behind him there is a drummer. His name is Lele Melotti. I don't yet know what a drum kit is, but I already know that is what I want to do. From that moment on, I never stopped.”
Born in 1988, province of Ferrara. Between 2006 and 2011 I played with around twenty different line-ups; then came the European tours with Neurasthenia and Asgard, Nova Era with a string quartet playing film scores, and since 2023 Harley Max, where most of my dates come from.
In between, the years spent studying with people who knew more than me, and the years spent on the other side of the stage organising events for other people. I have taught since 2012, and since 2014 I have run K Music Arts & Entertainment, the project behind several music school locations across the provinces of Ferrara and Rovigo.
